1.            Visitors can only travel on tours arranged and organized by travel agents and in groups of four.

2.            Foreigners, tourists or any outsider may only enter the region by air and may not be allowed outside of the capital.

3.            Foreigners entering Manipur must possess a Restricted Area Permit.

4.            Such permits are only valid for up to 10 days.

Demography:
